FACE-OFF CHALLENGE SHARE YOUR FEELINGS SPEAKING AND WRITING B1 B2 C1 GAME

This NO-PREP INTERACTIVE or PRINTABLE face-off challenge is specifically designed for the busy teachers. It's an easy to play, ready-to-go game where your students, playing as partners, practise vocabulary in English, practise creative thinking, writing, and most importantly, share their feelings and emotions openly.

HOW TO PLAY:

• Give each of the students in the pair a mini dry erase board. You can print the cards but it’s more environmentally friendly to use the digital board.
• Each person sits back to back. Set the timer by clicking on the screen. They need to begin writing words or expressions related with the prompts they are given.
• When the 2 minutes are over, students share their words orally. Choose a different person to share their words out loud each time. You can asign points to the winners of each round.
• Use the two slides at the end of the resource as follow-up activities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The slides can be projected on your whiteboard using PowerPoint (environmentally-friendly no-prep option).

They can be printed to play in stations or for fast finishers. If you print them, give the students a physical timer.
